Jean-Marie Riachi

(born May 24, 1970 in Ras Baalbek, Bekaa) is a Lebanese arranger, composer and record producer. After completing his degree in musicology at USEK, and participating in the landmark Lebanese talent program “Studio Al Fann”, he produced his first record, “Baddi Doub”.Performed by Elissa, the hit catapulted both Jean-Marie Riachi and Elissa’s names in the world’s music sphere. In 2001, he founded JMR Studios in Rabieh, which has since become one of the most prominent Audio Production Houses in the MENA region. In 2002, he created his own label, Oriental Music Publishing. OMP is the first established publishing house in the Middle East, and had attracted many international music companies, including BMG Music. At the launch of his musical career, Jean-Marie produced countless hit songs and original compositions such as the soundtrack of “Les Cendres du Phoenix”, the theme song “Nour El Shams” for the Hollywood movie Spy Game, “Light the Way”, performed by José Carreras and Majida El Roumi, “La Ma Kholssit Lehkayi”, the all-star tribute to ex-Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik El Hariri, the oriental version of “All Of Me” by John Legend, the oriental/ jazz fusion of “Je N’ai Pas Changé” by Julio Iglesias, “Sahara Al Arab”. Jean-Marie continues to produce dozens of best-selling albums, including Majida El Roumi’s “Ghazal” and the Christmas album “Castana”, as well as collaborations with the biggest Arabic singers in the region, such as Nawal El Zoghbi, Latifa, Rami Ayach, Haifa Wehbe, Yara, etc… Currently, he sits as the music producer for the Arabic edition of talent franchise “The Voice”.

(Born September 14 1974) is a Financial Services expert. He serves as the Managing Partner of React-Adapt-Lead Consulting, an advisory firm that has proven expertise in enhancing private & public sector organizations. His over 25 year-experience comprises advising government agencies, banks and non-financial service providers. He holds a dual degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from Molson Business School Canada (previously Concordia) and a Strategy specialization from Harvard Business School. He is a former PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Global Financial Services Consultant. Among his executive roles, he has lead the Strategy, Organization, IT, Administration, Purchasing, Operations and Project Management departments. On the regional and international front, he remains an active member within the regulatory and intelligence communities as an advisor, negotiator, speaker and writer, with a collaboration network that stems from various levels of liaison engagements such as ACAMS, Thomson Reuters, Refinitiv, the OECD and the United Nations. He is also the exclusive Strategic Advisor for the Union of Arab Banks, the largest global Arab banking consortium and is one of the founding members of the MENA Financial Crime and Compliance Group, an organization that unites 13 of the largest MENA banks.
